Every way to get money onto the FOMO app, including the one nobody tells you about: Klarna and Affirm cards through Apple Pay.
Short answer: open FOMO, tap Deposit, and pick Apple Pay (instant), debit card, bank transfer, or crypto (USDC only). Apple Pay accepts any card in your Wallet, including Klarna and Affirm cards, which lets you trade now and pay later.

How to deposit on FOMO with Apple Pay
- Open FOMO and tap Deposit (or tap a token to buy it directly).
- Choose Apple Pay and enter the dollar amount.
- When the Apple Pay sheet appears, tap the card to pick which one to use.
- Confirm with Face ID or Touch ID. Funds are available immediately.
How to deposit on FOMO with Klarna or Affirm
This is the trade-now-pay-later route. The Klarna Card and Affirm Card are Visa cards you can add to Apple Wallet. Once added, they show up as options in FOMO's Apple Pay sheet like any other card.
- Get approved in the Klarna or Affirm app (soft check, minutes).
- Add the card to Apple Wallet from the provider's app.
- Deposit on FOMO with Apple Pay and select that card.
- Convert the purchase to Pay in 4 in Klarna (within 12 hours) or request a plan in Affirm.
FOMO minimum deposit
FOMO doesn't publish a fixed minimum on fomo.family; the deposit screen shows the limits that apply to your account, country and method. If you plan to use Klarna's Pay in 4, deposit at least $30 (Klarna's conversion minimum). For Affirm, check the minimum in the Card tab of the Affirm app, commonly $50.
How long does a FOMO deposit take?
- Apple Pay: immediate.
- Debit card: usually minutes, subject to your bank.
- Bank transfer: 1–5 business days.
- USDC: as soon as the network confirms, typically under a minute on Solana or Base.
FOMO deposit not working? Try this
- Apple Pay declined: it's almost always the card issuer blocking a crypto merchant, not FOMO. Switch to a different card in the Apple Pay sheet. Klarna and Affirm cards are issued to work anywhere Visa is accepted.
- Debit card blocked: many banks decline crypto purchases by default. Call the bank to allow it, or use Apple Pay.
- Card not in the Apple Pay sheet: make sure it's fully added and verified in Wallet, and that iOS is up to date.
- Pay in 4 not offered: Klarna and Affirm underwrite each purchase. If no plan is offered, the deposit is paid in full and still lands on FOMO.
- Crypto deposit missing: confirm you sent USDC on a supported network to the exact address shown. Other tokens or networks can't be recovered.
